• Your prompt and completion content sent through the API. These are forwarded only, not stored or used for training
• We do not use input/output data to train any models

• Process payments and manage account balances

• Send service-related notifications (low balance alerts, service updates)
• Improve service quality

4. Information Sharing

• Upstream API Providers: Your request content is forwarded to the respective AI model provider when making API calls
• Payment Processors: Payment info is submitted directly to PayPal or other providers; we do not store it
• Legal Requirements: When required by law

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption and access controls. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

• Account information: Retained until 30 days after account deletion
• API call logs: Retained for 90 days (for billing verification)
• Security logs: Retained for 180 days
